Xberra Tagger SDN. BHD. provides XBRL tagging, conversion, and ACRA BizFinx filing support services for financial statements and annual returns submitted by clients in Singapore.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and finalized financial statements. Xberra Tagger tags and validates the data provided but is not responsible for the underlying accuracy of source financial figures.
Fees are quoted per filing based on statement type and complexity. Payment is due upon delivery of the completed XBRL file unless otherwise agreed in a service contract.
Free amendments are provided where errors are attributable to our tagging process. Amendments arising from client-supplied data changes may be subject to additional fees.
While we guarantee first-time ACRA acceptance for filings prepared to our validation standard, Xberra Tagger's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific filing in question.
All client financial data is treated as confidential and handled under ISO 9001 certified processes on Singapore-based or approved international servers.
All content, software, and materials on this website are owned by Xberra Tagger or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent. Uploaded financial statements remain your property; we only process them for service delivery.
We may terminate or suspend your access to services at our discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
